The Shun Classic 2-Piece Starter Chef Knife Set features a 6″ Utility Knife and an 8″ Hollow Ground Chef’s Knife. These two knives cover a multitude of kitchen tasks handily. The utility knife is positioned between a paring knife and a chef’s knife so it is great for trimming, small dicing, peeling, and slicing smaller proteins. The included 8″ chef’s has a hollow ground edge which means it will release food more easily while slicing.
